About Moments

A personal approach to meaningful celebrations.

My love for celebrations began with the moments I created for family and friends. I have always been drawn to the joy of bringing people together, adding thoughtful details and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, connected and truly part of the occasion.

For nearly ten years, I worked as an event designer in India, creating high-end weddings and helping bring deeply personal celebrations to life. That journey taught me that beauty is found not only in how an event looks, but in how it feels—the emotions, the shared laughter and the memories people carry with them long after the day is over.

Today, through Moments by Tanvi, I want to bring that experience and love for celebrations to my new home in Germany. It is a new chapter shaped by everything I have learned, the cultural influences I carry with me and my desire to create warm, meaningful occasions for families and communities in Regensburg.

I am Tanvi, the heart behind Moments by Tanvi. I create proposals, birthdays, family celebrations, children’s parties, business events and creative experiences with warmth, care and close attention to the people at the centre of each occasion.

For me, every celebration begins with your story. I take the time to understand what the moment means to you, how you would like it to feel and what would make it special for the people you love. I then bring every detail together with care, so your celebration feels personal, beautiful and truly yours.

My wish is to take some of the pressure away from you, allowing you to be fully present, enjoy the laughter and create lasting memories with the people who matter most.

    A colourful and energetic dance experience for children and their families in Regensburg.

    Enjoy an afternoon filled with music, dancing, movement, neon atmosphere and memorable family moments. The event is specially designed for children and families in a safe and joyful environment.

  • Moments is based in Regensburg and supports celebrations throughout Bavaria. Final feasibility and any travel costs are confirmed individually for each inquiry.

  • Yes. Depending on your needs, support may begin with a consultation or focus on styling, coordination, supplier sourcing or complete planning.

  • External venue, catering, entertainment, decoration, equipment and supplier costs are confirmed separately unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise.
