2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) required to operate the website reliably and securely (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). The hosting infrastructure is located in the EU (Europe); no personal data is transferred to third countries in this context.

3. Inquiry form and email

If you use our inquiry form or email us, we process the details you provide:

  • Name and email address (required)
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • Details about your celebration: occasion/room, preferred date, location, guest count, desired support, approximate budget (optional)
  • Your message (required)

This data is processed to answer your inquiry and to take steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Without the fields marked as required we cannot answer your inquiry.

Form messages are technically delivered via Zoho ZeptoMail. To protect the form against abuse we apply a technical submission limit and short-lived server-side duplicate detection; form content is not stored permanently for these purposes and is not analysed.

4. Cookies, tracking, analytics

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies, no analytics services, no marketing pixels and no social-media embeds. For this reason no cookie banner is displayed.

5. Fonts, Instagram and WhatsApp

Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to external font services takes place. The link to our Instagram profile is a plain external link; Instagram’s privacy policy applies once you follow it. The WhatsApp button in the footer is likewise a plain external link (wa.me) that opens a chat with our business number; no data is sent to our website in the process, and WhatsApp/Meta’s privacy policy applies once you follow it.

6. Photos and videos at our events

Photos and short videos are taken at our own events and used to document them and to promote future events, in particular on this website and on our Instagram profile.

Recognisable individual images of children are published solely on the basis of explicit consent from the parents or legal guardians (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). For general overview shots we rely on our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting our events (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect, and you can object to the use of overview shots under Art. 21 GDPR. A message to hello@momentsbytanvi.de is enough; we will then remove the image from our own channels as quickly as possible.

7. Retention

We generally retain contact-form inquiries that do not lead to a booking for 12 months from receipt. Before deletion, you receive automated reminder emails (30 days and 7 days before the deletion date). Other processing purposes (e.g. statutory retention obligations) may have different periods; these will be added after the final legal review.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to:

  • access (Art. 15)
  • rectification (Art. 16)
  • erasure (Art. 17)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • data portability (Art. 20)
  • object to processing based on Art. 6 (1)(f) (Art. 21)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Bavaria this is generally the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
